Draymond Green scored 16 points with 13 rebounds and helped set up Keith Appling's crucial 3-pointer with 1:34 left to give the #1 Michigan State Spartans a 65-61 win over the #9 St. Louis Billikens to earn a spot in the Sweet 16 in the West region of the NCAA tournament.
