Titan women continue to struggle while others prevail
Freshman Darianne Seward had 12 points and redshirt sophomore Rosanna Reynolds finished with 10 points as the Detroit Titans lost to the Niagara Purple Eagles, 71-49, in their first ever meeting.
Freshman Nicole Urbanick had nine points on three 3-pointers and sophomore Haleigh Ristovski added four points, five rebounds, and tied her career-high for the third time this season by handing out five assists for Detroit.
The Titans (1-4) will be back in action this Tuesday night when they travel to Fort Wayne, Indiana to face the IPFW Mastodons. Game time is set for 7 pm.
