Unlucky 13 for Pistons as they fall to Portland, 98-86
Portland's LaMarcus Aldridge scored 23 points in the Trail Blazers' 98-86 victory over the Detroit Pistons, including a couple of shots that ended Detroit's 4th quarter rally. He now has 11,347 career points in Trail Blazers history, which is 17 more than Terry Porter.
Detroit lost their 13th straight game, which is one short of the franchise record set in 1979-80 and tied in the 1993-94 season. Greg Monroe had 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Pistons, who only got 40 points from their starting lineup.
The Pistons will head west for the weekend in a 3-game road trip, beginning this Friday night at Phoenix against the Suns. Game time is set for 9 pm ET.
