Jennings' 35 points lead Pistons past Sacramento, 114-95
At the Palace of Auburn Hills, the Detroit Pistons took care of the Sacramento Kings, 114-95, to earn their first five-game winning streak in more than five years.
Brandon Jennings led the way with 35 points while Andre Drummond finished with 15 points & 14 rebounds and Greg Monroe added 14 points & 11 rebounds for Detroit. UDM alumni Ray McCallum got in 20 minutes of playing time for Sacramento, scoring 10 points (5-of-6 from the field), along with a rebound, an assist, and a steal.
The Pistons will put their 5-game winning streak on the line this Tuesday night when they hit the road for their greatest challenge to date against the 5-time, reigning, defending, NBA champion San Antonio Spurs. Game time is set for 8:30 pm.
