GAME 3 - Cleveland, Chicago, & Golden St. take command, 3-0
Kevin Love scored 23 points and J.R. Smith added 15 points as the Cleveland Cavaliers moved one win away from a sweep in their first playoff series in five years with a 103-95 victory over the Boston Celtics. With a commanding 3-0 lead, Cleveland has a chance to complete the sweep of their Eastern Conference quarterfinals this Sunday afternoon in Boston at 1 pm.
Derrick Rose scored 34 points and Jimmy Butler added 24 points as the Chicago Bulls earned a 113-106 double overtime victory against the Milwaukee Bucks to take a commanding 3-0 lead in their Eastern Conference quarterfinal series. The Bulls will go for the sweep in Game 4 this Saturday evening at 5:30 pm in Milwaukee.
Stephen Curry scored 40 points, including a 3-pointer in the final seconds of regulation, to complete a 20-point 4th-quarter comeback as the Golden State Warriors defeated the New Orleans Pelicans, 123-119, in overtime to take a commanding 3-0 series lead. Golden State can end their Western Conference quarterfinal series with a sweep this Saturday night at 8 pm in Game 4.
