Bullpen fails Tigers again as Red Sox win, 7-2
Jackie Bradley Jr. hit a homerun and drove in a career-high five runs as the Boston Red Sox defeated the Detroit Tigers, 7-2.
Detroit's starting pitcher Justin Verlander (1-5) allowed two unearned runs in six innings while striking out seven batters.
The Tigers will be on the road for a week & a half, starting with a trip to Kansas City to take on the Royals in a three-game series. The first game is set for this Monday night at 8 pm.
