Michigan escapes Indiana in 2OT; MSU goes to 9-1; EMU losses
Quarterback Jake Rudock threw one touchdown pass with two seconds left in regulation, completed two more in overtime, then watched Indiana's Mitchell Paige bobbled a pass on 4th-&-goal from the 2-yard line to help the Michigan Wolverines pull off a huge road win against the Hoosiers, 48-41, in double overtime.
Despite MSU Connor Cook leaving the game at halftime with a shoulder problem, the Michigan State Spartans prevailed, 24-7, over the Maryland Terrapins. According to sources, Cook should be available for next weekend's showdown at Ohio State.
Jamal Wilson ran for two 2nd-half touchdowns as the Massachusetts Minutemen defeated the Eastern Michigan Eagles, 28-17, to snap a five-game losing streak. Quarterback Brogan Roback threw for 260 yards and two touchdown passes for EMU, who fell to 1-10 this season.
