Eastern earns road win at Coppin St.; MSU women crush UDM
Four players posted double-digit scoring performances as the Eastern Michigan Eagles (7-4) went on the road to defeat the Coppin State Eagles, 73-62.
Willie Mangum IV led Eastern with 15 points, while Tim Bond added 14 points. James Thompson IV became the first Eagle since 1970-71 to record seven-straight double-doubles by grabbing 13 points & 11 rebounds while Ty Toney finished the night with 13 points & seven assists.
After Christmas , the Eagles will head back home to Ypsilanti to host the Detroit Titans next Monday night at 7 pm.
