Lions 'defend the den' in home finale vs. San Francisco, 32-17
Matthew Stafford threw for two touchdowns, including one to Calvin Johnson early in the 4th quarter, to help the Detroit Lions prevail in the last home game of the season against the San Francisco 49ers, 32-17.
Stafford went 29-of-37 for 302 yards, Johnson had six receptions for 77 yards, and Matt Prater made all four of his field goals in each quarter for Detroit.
The Lions will close out the 2015 season in the new year when they travel to Chicago to take on their division rival Bears next Sunday at 1 pm.
