Leads slips away as Pistons fall to Nuggets, 104-101
Danilo Gallinari scored 30 points, including the go-ahead basket with 23.8 seconds remaining, as the Denver Nuggets slipped past the Detroit Pistons, 104-101.
Marcus Morris had 20 points to lead Detroit, who have lost five of their last seven games. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 16 points and Aron Baynes finished the night with 13 points & 10 rebounds.
The Pistons will wrap up their four-game southwest road trip in Utah when they take on the Jazz this Monday night at 9 pm ET.
