The Pistons may have finally found the right rotation.

Detroit shortened its playing rotation and responded with a 103-80 win over the Atlanta Hawks Tuesday night at The Palace.

The Pistons have routinely played 10 or 11 guys this season, but stuck with nine Tuesday night.

Rookie Greg Monroe moved into the starting lineup in place of Jason Maxiell, who was out of the rotation Tuesday and Will Bynum was out of the rotation with Tracy McGrady serving as the backup point guard.
McGrady scored a season-high 16 points, including four 3-pointers in the fourth quarter. McGrady had hit two 3-pointers all season coming into Tuesday’s game against Atlanta who the Pistons beat 103-80.
