It is refreshing to the see Victor Martinez back on the field for the Detroit Tigers. He was 0-2 on the day and with back to back triples and a sacrafice fly for Detroit in the eighth led the Tigers to a 2-1 win against the Braves at Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
Martinez sat out the 2012 season with a knee injury and has worked on rehabing throughout and besides the 0-2 day he was hit by a pitch. Starter Rick Porcello starting and pitched scoreless baseball in his two innings of work.
