Dwyane Wade finished the night with 18 plus, which included a 45-second sequence that proved crucial as the Miami Heat clawed their way back from an 11-point second-half deficit to beat the Chicago Bulls, 94-91, to close out their second-round series in five games. Wade had a blocked shot, defensive rebound, offensive rebound and putback slam - all in a late 45-second span - to help cap a wild night of wild comebacks. Miami will open the Eastern Conference finals at home next week against either Indiana or New York. Currently, the Pacers lead that series 3-1.

Zach Randolph had 28 points & 14 rebounds and Mike Conley added 13 points & 11 assists as 5th-seeded Memphis Grizzlies advanced to the Western Conference finals for the first time in franchise history by defeating the top-seed Oklahoma City Thunder, 88-84, to wrap up the Western Conference semifinals in five games. The Thunder, who made it to the NBA Finals last season, went 2-6 after All-Star guard Russell Westbrook had knee surgery two games into the first round. Memphis now awaits the winner of the San Antonio-Golden State series, which is currently lead by the Spurs, 3-2.
