Chicago defeats Anaheim, 5-3, to win the West title
Jonathan Toews scored two goals in the opening minutes and goaltender Corey Crawford made 35 saves as the Chicago Blackhawks returned to the Stanley Cup Finals with a 5-3 victory over the Anaheim Ducks to become the 2015 Western Conference Champions.
Brandon Saad, Marian Hossa, and Brent Seabrook also scored for the Blackhawks, who will play for their third Stanley Cup in six seasons.
Chicago will travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Lightning this Wednesday night in Game 1 of the Cup Finals.
