Pistons come from behind to defeat the Rockets, 114-109
Even though they're officially eliminated from the playoffs, Boban Marjanovic, the 7-foot-3 backup center, led the Pistons with a career-high 27 points with 12 rebounds off the bench and Stanley Johnson hit a tiebreaking 3-pointer with 32.4 seconds left before adding two free throws to help Detroit to the 114-109 victory over the playoff-bound Houston Rockets.
Ish Smith finished with 20 points and Andre Drummond contributed with 15 points & 11 rebounds for Detroit, who committed just six turnovers throughout the game.
Before hosting their final game at the Palace of Auburn Hills this Monday, the Pistons will head to Memphis to take on the Grizzlies this Sunday evening at 6 pm.
