Spurs tear apart Rockets in six games to advance to West Finals
The San Antonio Spurs meant business when they went into Houston and tore apart the Rockets, 114-75, behind a season-high 34 points from LaMarcus Aldridge to claim the Western Conference semifinals in six games.
Aldridge became the first Spur to score 34 points with 12 rebounds in a playoff game since Tim Duncan against Phoenix in 2008.
San Antonio will now travel further out west to Oakland to face the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals.
