NFL WILD CARD WEEKEND
For the first time since 1999, the Detroit Lions are in the playoffs. The Pittsburgh Steelers, Super Bowl XL champions out of Ford Field, return for another run at the championship. Thanks to Tim Tebow, the Denver Broncos went from having another disappointing season to winning the AFC West division title. And three quarterbacks, Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers, New England's Tom Brady, & New Orleans' Drew Brees, are on the verge of becoming the league's MVP. With the Packers, Patriots, 49ers, & Ravens earning a bye this week, the playoffs begin with Wild Card Weekend this Saturday.
