Jhonny Peralta hit a three run homer apart of a five run first inning but the Orioles chipped away and beat the Tigers 7-5.
Detroit scored five times with one out in the first. Omar Infante hit a solo homer, Miguel Cabrera walked and Prince Fielder singled to left before Jhonny Peralta drove a 2-0 pitch over the wall in center to make it 4-0.
Doug Fister 7-8 pitching into the fourth inning allowing eight hits and the seven runs, striking out six and walking three.
