Pistons still winless after loss to L.A. Lakers, 108-77
The Detroit Pistons were demolished by the once-winless Los Angeles Lakers, 108-79, to fall to 0-3 on the season.
The frontline of Dwight Howard and Pau Gasol combined for 42 points & 12 rebounds while Kobe Bryant was content to just be the playmaker with 15 points, seven rebounds, & eight assists. The Lakers shot 65% in the first quarter as the Pistons offered little resistance on defense.
Still seeking their first win of the season, the Pistons will travel to Denver this Tuesday night to face the Nuggets at 9 pm ET.
