MSU & U-M head to Auburn Hills for 2013 NCAA Tournament

The 2013 NCAA Men's Tournament officially begins this Tuesday, but the Michigan State Spartans and the MIchigan Wolverines will have to wait to begin play in the 2nd round this Thursday from the Palace of Auburn Hills, which is the home of the NBA's Detroit Pistons. Michigan State (#3) was selected to go to the Midwest region to face the Detroit Titans' Horizon League rival & conference champion (#14) Valparaiso at 12:15 pm. In the South region, #4 Michigan will start the evening off with a 7:15 pm start against Oakland's Summit League rival & conference champion (#13) South Dakota State. Both MSU & U-M have the potential to face each other for the National Championship on April 8th from Atlanta in the Georgia Dome.
