Spurs make statement in Game 1 vs. Memphis, 105-83

Tony Parker had 20 points & nine assists and Kawhi Leonard scored 18 points as the San Antonio Spurs struck first by beating the Memphis Grizzlies, 105-83, in Game 1 of the Western Confernece Finals.
San Antonio raced out to a 17-point lead in the 1st quarter, and then came up with a response when Memphis rallied to get within six in the 2nd half. Both teams pulled their starters with over five minutes left as the Spurs lead by as many as 21.
Game 2 will be this Tuesday night in San Antonio while the Eastern Conference Finals between the Heat and Pacers is set to begin this Wednesday night in Miami.
