Brooklyn ruins Pistons' home opener at the Palace. 102-90
Joe Johnson scored 15 of his 34 points in the final eight minutes to help the Brooklyn Nets defeat the Detroit Pistons for the 10th time in 11 tries, 102-90, at the Palace of Auburn Hills.
The Pistons (0-3) got 18 points and 11 rebounds from Greg Monroe, who made making his season debut after a two-game suspension, but shot 1-of-17 on 3-pointers.
Still looking for their first win, Detroit will remain home at the Palace to face the New York Knicks this Wednesday night at 7:30 pm.
