2nd half rally helps UDM women beat Youngstown St., 59-58
A 22-4 run to start the 2nd half helped the Detroit Titans erase a 16-point deficit in defeating the Youngstown State Penguins, 59-58, at the Beeghly Center.
Three Titans scored in double figures as sophomore Rosanna Reynolds, who collected her fourth double-double of the season and fifth of her career, led the way with a team-high 19 points & 11 rebounds, along with a team-best seven assists. Senior Ellisha Crosby had 13 points with five rebounds and freshman Darianne Seward finished the night with 10 points and seven rebounds.
The Titans will rest for a week before returning to action next Thursday night (2/5) against Valparaiso at Calihan Hall. Game time is set for 7 pm.
