Tigers, with Miguel Cabrera, go 3-0 in Grapefruit League play after beating the Yankees 6-2

Miguel Cabrera's first Grapefruit League was a quiet one with two groundouts and a walk while the Tigers beat on the Yankees 6-2. It was a pitching duel between Tigers ace Justin Verlander and New York's C.C. Sabathia. Verlander pitched two scorless innings walked two and struckout one. Yanks led 2-0 until the sixth where Detroit put two to tie the game and two more in the seventh and eighth innings. Ryan Strieby a two run single while Cale Iorg hit a solo shot also.
