Vermette's 2OT goal helps Chicago tie West Finals at two, 5-4
Antoine Vermette scored at 5:37 of double overtime to help the Chicago Blackhawks defeat the Anaheim Ducks, 5-4, to tie the Western Conference Finals at two.
Brandon Saad had a goal & two assists for Chicago and team captain Jonathan Toews also had a goal & an assist. Patrick Kane scored for the second straight game and goaltender Corey Crawford finished the night with 47 saves.
The series returns to the Honda Center in Anaheim, California for a Memorial Day edition of Game 5 this Monday night at 9 pm ET.
