Houston's starting pitcher Dallas Keuchel struck out eight in seven solid innings and Jed Lowrie contributed with a two-RBI double to lead the Astros to a 5-1 win over the Detroit Tigers.

Miguel Cabrera made his return to the Detroit lineup after being away for six weeks on the disabled list with a calf strain, but went 0-for-3 on the night with two strikeouts and a walk.

The Tigers will look to bounce back against the Astros in Houston this Saturday night at 7 pm.
