Walkoff single ruins Tigers' rally vs. Astros, 6-5

Jose Altuve hit an RBI single with two outs in the 9th inning to help the Houston Astros defeat the Detroit Tigers, 6-5.

Miguel Cabrera homered, doubled, and drove in three runs for Detroit, who trailed 5-2 before the 7th inning. Tigers' starting rookie pitcher Matt Boyd gave up five runs in five innings in his fifth career start.

After resting on Monday, Detroit will head to Wrigley Field to take on the Chicago Cubs in a two-game series, starting Tuesday night at 8 pm.
