Shilique Calhoun had 2 & ½ sacks and blocked a field goal as the Michigan State Spartans scored late to seal a 30-10 victory over the Central Michigan Chippewas, 30-10. Gerald Holmes ran for two 4th-quarter touchdowns for Michigan State as the 4-0 Spartans have scored at least 30 points in a school-record 12 consecutive games.
Jake Rudock ran for two touchdowns and threw for another one during the 1st half as the Michigan Wolverines shutout the BYU Cougars with ease, 31-0, at the Big House.
Joe Walker and Aaron Kemper had touchdown runs as the Army Black Knights led from start to finish to break their 21-game road losing streak with a 58-36 victory over the Eastern Michigan Eagles. Darius Jackson rushed for 141 yards & a pair of touchdowns and quarterback Brogan Roback was 28-for-40 for 291 yards & two touchdowns for EMU.
Quarterback Cardale Jones went 19-of-33 for 288 yards with two touchdown passes to lead the Ohio State Buckeyes to a 38-12 victory over the Western Michigan Broncos. WMU quarterback Zach Terrell finished 18-of-33 for 169 yards.
