Michigan gives Maryland first Big Ten loss; East & CMU win at home
Zak Irvin scored 22 points as the Michigan Wolverines held on for a 70-67 victory over the Maryland Terrapins at Crisler Center. Maryland's Rasheed Sulaimon missed a 3-pointer in the final seconds.
Derrick Walton finished the night with 12 points & 10 rebounds and Duncan Robinson added 17 points for Michigan.
The Wolverines will hit the road this weekend when they travel to Iowa to take on the Hawkeyes this Sunday afternoon at 4:30 pm.
