Pistons get payback against Warriors on Ben Wallace night, 113-95
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 20 points as the Detroit Pistons handed the Golden State Warriors their second loss in three games, 113-95, despite Stephen Curry's 38 points.
On a night where Detroit honored the 2004 NBA champion Ben Wallace with the retirement of his #3 jersey, Andre Drummond produced 14 points & 21 rebounds, Reggie Jackson added 20 points, and Golden State was whistled for three technical fouls: Curry & Michigan State alumni Draymond Green late in the 2nd quarter and interim head coach Luke Walton in the 4th quarter.
The Pistons will stay home at the Palace of Auburn Hills to host the Chicago Bulls this Monday afternoon on Martin Luther King Jr. Day at 3:30 pm.
