Spartans go neon to beat Maryland & break slump, 74-65

Bryn Forbes scored 25 points and Denzel Valentine had 19 points, 14 rebounds, & eight assists to lead the neon-clad Michigan State Spartans to a well-deserved 74-65 victory over the Maryland Terrapins.
Matt Costello had 15 points and 12 rebounds, including a few late in the game at both ends of the court, along with three blocks and two steals for Michigan State.
The Spartans will hit the road this Thursday night when they take on Northwestern at 9 pm ET.
