Baynes & Tolliver backup Pistons in defeating Brooklyn, 115-103
Anthony Tolliver scored all 17 of his points in the 2nd half and Aron Baynes scored 17 of his 21 points in the 4th quarter to help the Detroit Pistons to a 115-103 victory over the Brooklyn Nets.
Tolliver made four 3-pointers for Detroit and matched his season high in scoring. Baynes also set a career high thanks in part to a productive 4th quarter.
Even though the Pistons (36-34) are a percentage point behind Chicago (35-33) for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, they still have a chance to get over the hump when they host Milwaukee at the Palace of Auburn Hills this Monday night at 7:30 pm.
