Brandon Tanev scored his second goal of the game & his NHL career with 1:16 left to help the Winnipeg Jets defeat the Detroit Red Wings, 5-3.
Luke Glendening, Henrik Zetterberg, & Justin Abdelkader scored for Detroit and goaltender Petr Mrazek made 26 saves.
After getting an extra hour of rest, the Red Wings will attempt to get back to their winning ways when they face the Edmonton Oilers at the Joe Louis Arena this Sunday evening at 5 pm.
