KCP's 3-pointer in 2OT helps Pistons get past Blazers, 125-124
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope hit a 3-pointer with 9.4 seconds left in double overtime to help the Detroit Pistons earn a hard-fought, 125-124 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers in a game that was postponed a day because of a winter storm.
Reggie Jackson led Detroit with 31 points, Andre Drummond had 28 points & 14 rebounds, and Caldwell-Pope finished with 26 points. Drummond logged in a game-high 52 minutes while Caldwell-Pope & Jackson each played over 47 minutes.
After much-needed rest on Monday, the Pistons will continue their west coast trip as they travel to Sacramento to take on the Kings this Tuesday night at 10:30 pm.
