Win streak up to four as Red Wings take down Dallas, 5-2
The Detroit Red Wings broke a tie with three answered goals in the thrid period and went on to a 5-2 victory over the Dallas Stars. Johan Franzen, Darren Helm and Brad Stuart all scored in the 3rd period for Detroit.
Ian White provided a goal in the 2nd period and Niklas Kronwall had a goal in the 1st period for the Wings, who outshot Dallas, 40-27.
The Red Wings won their fourth straight game since suffering an 0-5-1 stretch from a couple of weeks ago.
