Lead slips away as Pistons lose to Atlanta in OT, 107-101
Atlanta's Joe Johnson scored 30 points, 15 of which were in the 4th quarter and overtime, as the Detroit Pistons, who led for most of the game, lost to the Hawks, 107-101.
Greg Monroe had 22 points & 11 rebounds and Jason Maxiell scored 19 points & eight rebounds off the bench.
Detroit, who scored over 100 points for the first time this season, shot just 41% from the field, and missed five of their last six shots in the 4th quarter. The Pistons made 18-of-22 free throws, but were outrebounded, 49-44. The Hawks shot 49% and made 10-of-16 from 3-point range.
