Lead slips away as Pistons fall to Brooklyn, 87-83
Brook Lopez made the tiebreaking free throw with 29 seconds after grabbing an offensive rebound to help the Brooklyn Nets defeat the Detroit Pistons, 87-83.
Andre Drummond recorded his league-leading 15th double-double with 20 points & 18 rebounds and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope finished the night with 21 points & seven rebounds. Though they had the lead for most of the game, Detroit shot just 34% from the field.
The Pistons return home to the Palace of Auburn Hills this Monday night to face the Houston Rockets at 7:30 pm.
