The second half Youngstown State opened up a three point shooting onslaught, cutting the Titans led to as low as one point. Then forward Shareta Brown opened it up with 12 points in the half and eight rebounds holding down the Penguins and preserving their 12th win in the Horizon League Conference with two more games left. If Detroit does win their last two road games then they clinch second in the conference.
Titans head coach Autumn Rademacher has done an incredible job with this team bouncing back from an 0-6 start and her belief that this team is a championship contender. She should be in the running for coach of the year in the Horizon League.
