Lions remain tied for 1st with 31-17 win over Browns
After a slow 1st half, the Detroit Lions scored 24 unanswered points in the 2nd half after giving up 17 in the 2nd quarter as they defeated the Cleveland Browns, 31-17.
Tight end Joseph Fauria finished with three touchdowns. An undrafted rookie out of UCLA, Fauria scored touchdowns on each of the three passes thrown his way and has five scores on seven catches this year.
The Lions (4-2) remain tied for 1st place in the NFC North with Chicago and will return home to Ford Field next Sunday when they face Cleveland's Ohio & AFC North rival Cincinnati Bengals. Game time is set for 1 pm.
