Rough long night for Tigers in loss to L.A. Angels, 12-2
Chris Iannetta hit his fourth career grand slam homerun, Albert Pujols & Matt Joyce also recorded homeruns, and C.J. Wilson pitched a two-hitter over six innings as the Los Angeles Angels came out on top with a dominating 12-2 victory over the Detroit Tigers.
Tigers pitcher Buck Farmer (0-1) made his first start of the season after getting recalled from Triple-A Toledo and allowed seven runs & nine hits in five-plus innings.
The Tigers will attempt to recover from the beatdown with another game against the Angels in Anaheim this Friday night at 10 pm ET.
