Tigers suffer rough night at Comerica Park vs. Cubs, 12-3

Chris Coghlan and Miguel Montero each hit a three-run homerun as the Chicago Cubs pounded the Detroit Tigers, 12-3.
Yoenis Cespedes hit a three-run homerun of his own in the 6th inning for Detroit, but starting pitcher Shane Greene (4-6) allowed five runs and seven hits in just three innings.
After taking Thursday off, the Tigers will be back on the field at Comerica Park to host the Cleveland Indians in a three-game weekend series, beginning this Friday night at 7 pm.
