Tigers' Porcello struggled against Phillies, losing 5-3

Brian Schneider hit a three-run homer off Rick Porcello(notes) and the Philadelphia Phillies beat the Detroit Tigers 5-3.
Schneider’s second spring homer was the Phillies’ fourth straight hit in the second inning off Porcello.
Five Tigers relievers finished, with closer Jose Valverde pitching a scoreless inning.
Tigers manager Jim Leyland said the team has started the process of looking for a replacement for reliever Joel Zumaya, who has been shut down for two weeks with a sore elbow.
Ex Tiger Jeff Larish homered in the seventh for the Phillies and Raul Ibanez had two hits.
