Tigers continue to tough out wins vs. White Sox, 7-5
Miguel Cabrera delivered a go-ahead two-run single in the 7th inning and matched a season high with four hits to lead the Detroit Tigers to a 7-5 victory over the Chicago White Sox.
Cabrera became the 56th major leaguer to reach 1,500 RBIs. Ian Kinsler scored three runs and Nick Castellanos had two runs for Detroit's 11 hits.
The Tigers will attempt to keep their winning streak going when they face the White Sox again this Saturday night at 7 pm.
