Cavs sweep Pacers to be the first team in conference semis
The Cleveland Cavaliers didn't waste any time in sweeping their way into the Eastern Conference semifinals with a 106-102 victory over the Indiana Pacers.
Kyrie Irving finished the day off with 28 points, Deron Williams added 14 points, and Kevin Love contributed with 16 rebounds for Cleveland, who moves on to the second round with a seven-game winning streak.
With plenty of time to get legitimate rest, the Cavaliers await the winner of the Toronto/Milwaukee series. Currently, that series is tied at two.
