Tony Parker's clutch shot gives Spurs 1-0 lead in NBA Finals
Tim Duncan overcame a slow start to finish with 20 points & 14 rebounds and Tony Parker banked in a desperation jumper on a broken play with 5.2 seconds left as the San Antonio Spurs stood tall to defeat the Miami Heat, 92-88, in Game 1 of the 2013 NBA Finals.
Parker ended up with 21 points after referees reviewed his shot to make sure it just beat the shot clock before it left his fingertips, giving San Antonio a four-point edge in the game that was close the whole way. Manu Ginobili, who combined for 99 postseason victories in his career, finished with 13 points and Danny Green ended the night with 12 points.
Game 2 is set for this Sunday night in Miami at 8 pm.
