Thunder stun Spurs, 108-103 to take 3-2 West Finals lead
Kevin Durant scored 27 points as the Oklahoma City Thunder are on the brink of the NBA Finals after beating the San Antonio Spurs, 108-103 in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.
Russell Westbrook added 23 points for the Thunder, who took a 3-2 lead in the West Finals. Carrying a 20-game winning streak a week ago - the fourth-longest in NBA history - the Spurs have lost three straight and are on the verge of a stunning collapse.
The Thunder will have a chance to finish off the series against the Spurs this Wednesday night when they return home to Oklahoma City, where they're unbeaten in the playoffs.
