DETROIT MERCY'S MEN'S TEAM LOSES TO GREEN BAY 75-66

University of Detroit Mercy men’s basketball team fell to Green Bay, 75-66, With the loss the Titans become the No. 8 seed in the Horizon League Tournament and will travel to Wisconsin to face the No. 5 seed Milwaukee on Tuesday, March 4. Green Bay finished the regular season as the No. 1 seed and will get a double bye to the HL Semifinals.

Bruinsma finished with 12 points and six rebounds in his final regular season game on Dick Vitale Court, while his co-captain teammate Juwan Howard, Jr. added a team-high 15 points and eight rebounds. Freshman guard Matthew Grant pitched in 13 points with five rebounds, while sophomore guard Carlton Brundidge added 10 points.
