MSU women come from behind to beat GT in OT, 79-73
Becca Mills scored the game-winner with 54 seconds to play in overtime as the Michigan State Spartans rallied in the 2nd half to defeat the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, 79-73, in a women's ACC/Big Ten Challenge game.
Tori Jankoska scored 21 points with 10 rebounds for Michigan State (5-1), who trailed 40-27 at halftime. Aerial Powers scored 17 points with 14 rebounds & eight assists, Jasmine Hines had 16 points, and Mills added 12 points.
The Spartans will hit the road this Sunday afternoon as they travel to Athens to take on Georgia Tech's in-state rival Georgia. Game time is set for 4 pm.
