MSU grinds out win over Sooners; FSU women slips past ASU
Denzel Valentine scored 13 of his 18 points in the 2nd half and Travis Trice scored six of his 21 points in the final two minutes as the #7 Michigan State Spartans pulled out a 62-58 win over the #3 Oklahoma Sooners in an NCAA tournament East Regional semifinal.
Michigan State (26-11) have won 11 out of their last 14 games and are headed to their second consecutive regional final & fourth since 2009.
The Spartans, the lowest-seeded team still in the tournament, will now face #4 Louisville this Sunday in the Elite Eight.

Letica Romero scored a career-high 21 points and Maegan Conwright came up with a key steal as the #2 Florida State Seminoles held on to defeat the #3 Arizona State Sun Devils, 66-65, in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA women's tournament.
Adut Bulgak had 15 points and Conwright added 11 to send the Seminoles (32-4) to the Greensboro Regional final.
Florida State will play #1 South Carolina (33-2) this Sunday with their first Final Four berth on the line -- in the same arena where three weeks earlier, they played in their first ACC champonship game.
