Tigers not able to keep up as Milwaukee wins, 3-2

Carlos Gomez led off the game with a homerun and added a tiebreaking single in the 7th inning to bring the Milwaukee Brewers to a 3-2 victory over the Detroit Tigers.
To make matters worse, Victor Martinez, who is hitting only .216 for the Tigers after offseason knee surgery, came up limping after bouncing into a double play in the 8th inning.
Detroit looks to regroup this Tuesday night at 7 pm when they take on Milwaukee again at Comerica Park.
